The work included within this specification is: *Thermal insulation; *Metal studwork, plasterboard wall and ceiling linings; *Lighting and small electrical power circuits; *Installation of kitchen units and water heaters; *Installation of toilets; *Skirtings and other trims; *Decoration; *Floor coverings Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
