The UoL is seeking to appoint the contract to 1 successful bidder and will enter into an agreement based on the terms and conditions as stated within Document H (the Contract). For the successful tenderer the resulting contract will be for 3 years. The term may be extended annually for a further two years (in one-year increments) at the sole discretion of the University.
