## Notice

* Five separate enclosures to be constructed to the underside of the external walkway (to enable residents some access while the works are carried out), I have assumed that the properties have rear access, is this correct, could you confirm please? * Removal & disposal of timber ceiling panels, MMMF insulation & any other contaminated items within the void. * Drilling of holes & cleaning of contaminated timbers. * Encapsulation of remaining asbestos insulation board fascia panel. * Environmental clean of remaining ceiling void. * Background / personal monitoring as removal commences & four stage monitoring upon completion. * Installation of ply board to underside of soffit (including cover strips & bracing where required) the plyboard is 12mm & has a 1-hour fire rating. * Intumescent mastic applied to all joints (where required). * Full decoration upon completion of works (color to be discussed).
