The Supplier will be required to be flexible, innovative and provide high quality outputs within tight timeframes and develop installation/removal plans for each event in collaboration with the Authority and any nominated partners and stakeholders as necessary. There are seven Lots as follows: Lot 1 Small Mobile Stages; Lot 2 Medium Mobile Stages; Lot 3 Large Mobile Stages; Lot 4 Medium Mobile Stages with LED Screens; Lot 5 Small Built Stages; Lot 6 Medium Built Stages; Lot 7 Indoor/Modula Stages. The proposed contract will be for one year with options to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further four years.
