The emphasis on measurable outcomes linked to participant earnings highlights the need for innovative, results-driven approaches in delivering the contracted services. ## Notice Ealing Council, as the Lead Authority, are procuring for the West London Alliance, a Contract for the provision of Employment Support for the Work and Health Programme - Covid-19 Cohort in covering the geographical area of the West London Alliance (WLA) Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon; and Hounslow. For avoidance of doubt, there will be a single contract for the WLA between Ealing and the winning bidder The Contract will be based on a 75% service fee and 25% Payment by results, linked to participants earning PS1000. The initial Contract period will consist of a referral window of 365 days, with participants joining the Programme on day 365, receiving up to 182 days pre-employment support, followed by a 60 day payment tail for achievement of the earning outcome. Giving an initial contract period of 21 months.
