More detail on the requirements are defined in 'Section 3 - Specification' of the Tender document. Additional information: The deadline for queries in relation to this tender is May 3rd 2018 at 5pm. A site map and site visit is available on request. The Evaluation will be split into two distinct stages: Selection criteria (Mandatory Requirements and Skills and Experience) and Award Criteria (Delivery and Price). Mandatory Requirements are evaluated as a Pass/Fail. Only those tenders that pass the Mandatory Requirements AND gain a minimum score of 12% Skills and Experience will go on to be evaluated on Delivery and Price.
