The previous notice was available to whole of market on Contracts Finder so all suppliers have had the ability to engage with this opportunity. In the interest of pure compliance, an new procurement exercise is being conducted for the same contract. Due to the limited timeframe before the existing contracts expire and the cost implication of default energy rates, as well as the comfort that a whole of market notification was previously issued on Contracts Finder, an accelerated procedure is being deployed.** Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which the will be given access to the full tender documentation delivered through the e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available, involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of the website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project. The deadline for submissions of the tender will be 8th September 2023. Please allow sufficient time to make your return. Late returns will not be permitted.
