THG wishes to procure under open tender a Design and Build contractor. It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will be awarded the Contract for the scheme at Rivers House, Middlesbrough which incorporates the design, conversion, and construction of 18 No Apartments for rent with associated parking and landscaping
