## Summary

The Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking a contractor to supply Biomass Wood Chips, a critical resource in the forestry and logging products industry. ## Notice

The Council require one Biomass Suppliers List (BSL) registered Contractor to supply biomass wood chips to the following Council buildings during heating season which runs 01st October until 31st March. On occasion the Council may have requirements outside these months. Quality Requirements: Biomass Wood chips must meet the following specification: * Conform to EN14961-1 P45A * Chip size to be between 8mm and 45mm, less than or equal to 8% to be composed of fines and within the course fraction less than 6% shall exceed 63 mm, and a maximum of 3.5 % shall exceed 100 mm none shall exceed 120mm * Moisture content to be less than 30%
