## Notice

Mechanical Works The works will consist of draining down, disconnection of the existing cold water system, stripping out and removal of all redundant equipment including the existing boosted cold water set, storage tank, cold water pipework and associated valves etc within the specified areas and thereafter the supply and installation of new mains cold water pipework and associated systems, builders works and making good in accordance with the mechanical consultants specification, current Building Regulations and Standards. Both the electrical and mechanical works will be limited to the Johnson Building only.
