There has been a choice of recorded music for many years and customers and stakeholders are used having this provision; and used to having access to details of the existing library and the facility to order tracks directly through the supplier's web portal. There is currently no facility to have visual tributes or web services, this is an area identified as being able to improve and will be achieved through this contract. WDC are seeking a provider of digital music for funeral services and the ability to offer visual tributes. The contract length is 3 years with an extension option of 2 years. The value of the contract is from PS53,000 to approximately PS80,000.
