The voluntary sector is an essential partner and we want to enable MDT working across the voluntary and statutory sector, to make our vision a reality. We have been successful in bringing together external funding from the National Lottery/King's Fund Healthy Communities Together programme and NHS Charities Together, in addition to existing system resources to help us realise our ambitions and the full potential of partnership-working. Our vehicle for achieving the transformation is the Local Voluntary Partnership (LVP) Programme. The LVP programme has three key workstreams: 1. Funding and Commissioning 2. Local Empowerment and Engagement 3.
