The awarded contract is for the remainder of the 2023 financial year which can be extended for another two years on a +1+1 basis. The extension is subject to satisfactory performance measured by the Client. If extended, the contract will attract an inflationary increase applied 1st April based on published CPI indices from the preceding month of January. A budget of PS150,000 (PS50,000 per financial year) has been allocated however there is no fixed programme, nor is there any guarantee as to the level of work that will be awarded. Areas of need are usually identified as a result of other works that are taking place within the borough. The work will be contracted on a schedule of rates, based on a number of standard dwelling types, for either type of insulation.
