Cornwall Council are seeking to commission one overarching service to deliver a range of universal, targeted and specialist provision to informal carers. The service model needs to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs. A single provider or partnership approach to the Contract will be considered, which could include a consortium of providers, or a lead provider with subcontracted providers and other innovative models. This would allow a single Contract and simplified service to offer support for all age informal Carers. Duration of contract: 3 year initial term, with the potential for one extension period of up to +2 years. The contract will commence on 1st July 2021.
