## Notice

Operating under an NEC4 Professional Services Contract, Option A, the consultant will provide the roles as outlined above, so that project objectives are delivered to meet client needs. It is essential that the lead consultant/ Service Manager is a named individual with a successful track record in the planning, design and delivery of projects of this type. Construction is currently programmed to commence in January 2025 with completion in around June 2025.
