## Notice

WDH fully understands that independent mediation offers a valuable addition to the remedies of tackling antisocial behaviour, and which provides a flexible and customer led process designed around each individual conflict and the needs of the people involved. This agreement would therefore aim to ensure that early effective action is taken together with the successful tenderer to help prevent and resolve neighbour dispute, situations and environmental crime which can put individuals and communities at risk and greatly reduce their quality of life.
