In developing and delivering this service, the provider should ensure that it is contributing to the Council's corporate priorities and outcome statements. Sustainability, community support, self-reliance, resilience and reciprocity should therefore be built into the service design and delivery. Also and where possible opportunities for work experience placements, apprentice opportunities, local labour to be used and maximising of local spend.
