Stocksbridge has been allocated up to PS25m from the Towns Fund by the government . A Town Board has been established and is working towards delivery of a number of projects set out in the Town Investment Plan One of the Boards key projects is the development of a new library/hub building on Manchester Road A development scheme is being worked up to deliver a new ground floor library and community hub space with 2 floors of office space above of approximately 20,500sq ft with its own separate entrance It is envisaged that this office space will be utilised as start-up flexibly managed office space.
