## Notice

The pipeline of works includes the following works but are not limited to Building Fabric & Mechanical Works, driven by the aim to modernise the DVLA estate and improve the facilities on offer for staff and building users. C Block ground communication room - Improvement to ventilation. Design and Build of an External Social / Wellbeing Area. Extension of secure card delivery area at Output Services Group (OSG).
