Land access will be limited to those locations where an agreement has been reached with the landowners; this process is ongoing. Where access agreements to land parcels come forward, those parcels will be released for inclusion within the survey scope. The survey window is expected to extend from October 2020 to January 2021 (approximately four months in duration). The SMA (Survey Management Agent) will develop and maintain a full survey programme for the Supplier. This will be a dynamic document which will change on a daily basis to reflect changes to land access, or other factors (such as unsuitable weather etc). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
