The Hampshire County Council Service will consist of: * an adult substance misuse treatment service (to include alcohol, opiate and non-opiates and other drugs such as psychoactive substances and image and performance enhancing drugs) which will provide both medical and psychosocial interventions * a young people's substance misuse service (for people up to the age of 25 years) * a pharmacy drug-treatment service The contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
