## Summary

The London Borough of Brent is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for various community and advocacy services, including an Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service and an Independent Advice and Guidance Service. The market-warming event is scheduled for 16 February 2022 from 1pm to 3pm, during which potential suppliers will be briefed on the requirements and scope of the services needed. Interested providers are encouraged to express their interest through the London Tenders Portal before the engagement end date on 16 February 2022.

This procurement presents a significant opportunity for businesses engaged in community support, advocacy, and social services. Organisations such as charities, community interest companies, and social enterprises that can deliver the required services are particularly well-suited to compete. By participating in this tender, these businesses can expand their reach within the London Borough of Brent and contribute to vital support services for residents facing health-related grievances and community challenges.
