The service provider will supply information to each of the four Authorities in order to facilitate a parking enforcement operation and will provide customer support as well as various administration duties including, but not limited to; arranging refunds, reporting on financial performance and operational performance. Middlesbrough Council is administering the tender process on behalf of the four Tees Valley Authorities.
