## Summary

The London Borough of Ealing is inviting suitable providers to tender for a variety of community care services, including Adults Domiciliary Care, Children Domiciliary Care, Extra Care, Adults Day Opportunities, and Floating Support services. The procurement process is currently at the Tender stage, following a restricted procedure above the threshold. Key dates include the tender period ending on 10th November 2024, with the contract period running from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2029. The services fall under the "Social services" industry category with additional classifications related to health, social work, and community services, and will be delivered in London, specifically within the postal code W5 2HL. The total estimated value of the contracts is £130,000,000.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for business growth, particularly for SMEs and VCSEs, who can provide specialised, high-quality care and support services across various demographics and needs. The scope of services includes domiciliary care for both adults and children, extra care in sheltered housing, day and evening opportunities to enhance life skills and social connections, and floating support to help maintain independence and tenancies. Businesses well-suited to compete include those with experience in social care, community health services, and supportive housing, with a strong focus on person-centred care and community integration. This contract can enable providers to expand their service offerings, build long-term relationships with the local council, and contribute significantly to the community’s welfare.
