The project is being undertaken on behalf SMBC, and consists of the preparation of the building prior to demolition requiring the removal of pigeons, guano, asbestos, re-securing of all windows to ensure no pigeons enter the building. The site comprises a 7 storey former office accommodation building set back from the high street with a self-contained car parking area. The overall floor area is circa 3500m2.
