The concession must be removed at the end of each trading day. External furniture is permitted on site for the purposes of running the concession but must be agreed in advance with the Council. The site is offered with 1 year licence and associated concession contract with the provision to extend by a further 2 years to a maximum of 3 years, in increments to be agreed subject to the agreement and performance of both parties. The 1 year licence will allow the sale of Christmas trees from end of November 2020 until Christmas that same year.
