## Notice

The contract is for a service provision to Merseyside Police only and will not be open to other Police Forces. The proposed contract and service provision: * collecting property such as, electrical items. bicycles, cameras, toys, leather goods, coins / currency, jewelry, memorabilia, etc. from Merseyside Police Premises or 3rd party site; * advertising / promoting of auctions it and then the management of the auctions directly or via specialist auctioneers to achieve the best financial return possible from the sale of the property; * maximizing the transparency and management information (MI) available to show a live and complete audit trail of the items, including concise MI reports, audit trails that clearly evidences removal of property from Police Premises, provision when requested of a realistic reserve price before auction, date and time of sale and actual price realised; * work with Merseyside Police staff to ensure the integrity of the Force is upheld.
