## Summary

The Henley Town Council is seeking qualified consultants for a Project Monitoring Role under an open procurement process related to land development for housing and retail. The tender, which is active, was published on 5th January 2017 and is expected to close by 27th January 2017. This project involves comprehensive responsibilities, including advising on compliance and cost evaluations, as well as conducting site inspections, attending meetings, and overseeing the project from pre-contract to practical completion. The expected contract period spans from 6th March 2017 until 21st December 2018, and the total estimated budget for these services is £10,000, classified under architectural, construction, and engineering services within the South East region of the United Kingdom.

The requirements for site inspections and detailed project oversight also create openings for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to leverage their agility and expertise, thus facilitating their growth within the public procurement landscape.
