Under the partnership agreement, DWP provide grant funding to the Council based on estimated numbers of those requiring support. The council wishes to procure a County-wide service to provide PBS to those identified as requiring such support. Delivery providers must be able to show that they can be classified as "Qualifying Partners" as required by Regulation 10 (1) ( e) of the Social Security (information sharing in relation to welfare services etc.) Regulations 2012 This tender is for a 12 month period commencing with an anticipated start date of 1st May 2018. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
