The funding envelope for the period is approximately PS30,000-PS40,000 Key outputs will be: The number of Rough Sleepers receiving a service. Key outcomes will be: The number of Rough Sleepers supported into short term accommodation. The number of Rough Sleepers supported into long term accommodation The number of Rough Sleepers helped into employment or training (if any) The number of Rough Sleepers positively reconnected to their local area (if any) The number of Rough Sleepers supported with substance misuse issues (if any) The number of Rough Sleepers positively assisted in ways not listed above (if any) We welcome creative approaches to this, but any proposals must be able to be mobilised quickly as the funding for this service is strictly time limited.
