The Fund currently provide face to face resilience workshops and offer a range of wellbeing activities hosted locally. The implementation of People in the Lead has resulted in the Fund going through a number of changes and has also required us to work more locally in our communities, therefore seeing an increase in our people's mental health being affected. Our ambition of People in the Lead is to bring real improvements to communities which puts advancing equalities at the heart of what we do. As an employer we want to be an exemplar organisation where we can champion diversity and inclusion and advance equal opportunities. We recruit people with lived experience and offer internships to graduates who have a disability and are improving our recruitment process to attract more disabled applicants.
