Please Note the terms and conditions attached are the anticipated terms and conditions as the Community Interest Company has not been constituted yet. All Expression of Interest, Clarification and Submission must be made via the Chest (www.the-chest.org.uk) Submission Deadline is 7pm on 3 April 2019
