## Notice

Sub-OJEU Tender run to benchmark prices, the most economically advantageous tender was awarded the contract. Provision of services specified to include (not exhaustive): 1. Supply a hardware and software break fix service for all our telecoms equipment as listed in appendix D. (24/7) 2. Support and advise the trust on software upgrades for listed telecoms equipment (24/7) 3. Support internal staff with configuration of telecoms systems (office hours only) 4. Support and assistance with Move add change, a small amount of time per month should be included in the contract 5. Supply technical advice to our internal Network and telecoms teams as required. 6. Work with ENHT on telecoms roadmap and strategy around unified communications 7. Out of hours support at all other times.
