Through the Station Retail Programme, Transport for London seeks to significantly increase the commercial revenue potential across its multi model estate through the enhancement of existing tenancies and creation of a variety of new format commercial retail units to capitalise on prime retail opportunity areas. The scope of this potential opportunity could include but is not limited to; site inspections, the supply of labour, consumables, materials, access equipment and plant required for various activities. These activities largely relate to mechanical, electrical and premises works. This proposed new Framework will support the retail development team achieve its business goals by creating efficient access to landlord works support. The MSQ will seek views on a number of aspects including performance management, risks and opportunities as well as gauging the general level of interest in this opportunity.
