The Council is flexible in the Supplier's approach to gain and maintain suitable accommodation so that they can undertake the requirements of the contract, as long as there is sufficient availability of service and accommodation throughout Lincolnshire and the accommodation meets the definition of safe accommodation within the Domestic Abuse Act (2021).
