* To provide a support contract to our in house repairs team which may include out of hours support, to provide the following works to SDDC's housing stock and public buildings * Kitchen unit replacements and associated works (including flooring, lighting and plastering) * Full bathroom replacements and associated works (including flooring, lighting and plastering) * Partial bathrooms replacements and associated works, * (including flooring, lighting, plastering) * Periodic electrical testing and repairs also day to day repairs, lighting, electrical upgrades, * Roofing, soffits and rain water goods * Structural and damp work * Replacement doors (external, internal, shed) * Replacement windows (timber and UPVC) and associated repairs (handles, hinges, etc.) * Painting and pre-paint repairs * Loft insulation * Smoke,C02 and heat detectors * Disabled adaptations (including level access showers and flooring, showers over baths, through floor lifts (but not stair lifts), extensions and alterations of internal layout) and subsequent repairs. * Void works * Planned maintenance and estate works including re-surfacing of car parks and foot paths * Property conversions
