Chester Northgate has the following defined Phases; 0, 1 and 2. The scope of this procurement focuses on the award of Phases 1 and 2. However, if there is a requirement from the Council to include all or part of Phase 0 within this procurement, bidders will be notified if the decision is known ahead of contract award and the procurement requirements will be adjusted appropriately. If a decision to include all or part of Phase 0 is taken following contract award, variation of the contractual arrangements will be carried out in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Phase 0 is currently advancing through the design phase with another party. If included within the scope of this procurement, Phase 0 will be awarded under the pre-construction services agreement ("PCSA") and building contract for Phase 1.
