The tender is being split into 2 Lots with Lot 1 being Triage, Tier 2 and minor surgery services and Lot 2 being for Community Macular Services. Bidders are able to bid for either or both lots. Bidders should be aware that this opportunity is advertised for a 5 year period however this includes an initial 3 year agreement with an option to extend a further 2 years.
