The works are in several different locations and it is unlikely that welfare facilities will be able to service different work areas simultaneously and thus, will require relocation throughout the contract. The works are programmed to be undertaken between January 2018 and March 2018 however, the start and end dates stated in this notice are provisional and may be subject to review. Statutory leasehold consultation will be undertaken and tender prices will be notified to leaseholders.
