Engaging in this contract can enable companies to expand their client base within central government and the wider public sector, potentially leading to increased revenue and enhanced market presence in the public procurement landscape. ## Notice Crown Commercial Service (the Authority), intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provisionof Occupational Health Services, Employee Assistance Programmes and Eye Care Services. The FrameworkAgreement will be available to Central Government and Wider Public Sector organisations to provide the Goodsand Services throughout the UK including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The duration of the RM3795 Framework Agreement is three (3) years with the option to extend the initialFramework period for a maximum of one (1) year in total. The Framework Agreement will be divided into the following four (4) Lots: Lot 1 - Full Service Occupational Health Services and Employee Assistance Programmes, Lot 2 - Occupational Health Services, Lot 3 - Employee Assistance Programmes, Lot 4 - Eye Care Services. Potential Providers have the opportunity to bid for all or any combination of Lots 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and/or Lot 4.However, in order to ensure that the Framework Agreement benefits from a diverse range of providers, eachPotential Provider bidding for Lots 1, 2 and 3 may only be awarded a maximum of 2 Lots in Lots 1-3 and/or Lot4. In order to ensure that the competition on the Framework Agreement is not distorted, Potential Providers are notpermitted to submit more than 1 Tender for each Lot regardless of whether that Tender is submitted in their ownname or as part of a Group of Economic Operators. If a Potential Provider submits more than 1 Tender for a Lot,the Authority is entitled to disqualify 1 or all of the Tenders submitted by the Potential Provider in respect of therelevant Lot. Please be advised that the Authority does not consider that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection ofEmployment) Regulations 2006 ('TUPE') to be an issue in respect of this Procurement at FrameworkAgreement Award Stage as services are not provided at this level. The Authority considers that the Transfer ofUndertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 ('TUPE') may apply at the Call Off stage for Lots 1,2 and 3.
