It is expected that the service will operate from one-fixed premises, with outreach facilities available meeting the needs of the client group where possible. (Venues and opening times to be agreed and in consultation with clients). The service should provide a drop-in facility offering immediate support and counselling in time of crisis. The service will provide home visits and attendance at crisis intervention situations where necessary.
