The platform will provide a unified, modern and data-rich entry point for citizens, employers, training providers and partners, with an intuitive and consistent user experience aligned to future workforce needs. It will also provide supply-side information to help Energy and Utility Skills, its partners and governments strengthen national workforce planning. The requirement is for software and related digital services, including an industry-specific software platform and associated computer systems. Delivery is intended to support users and stakeholders in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, British Overseas Territories and elsewhere internationally.
