Potential bidders should note that TUPE may apply. The Mandatory Core Services scope includes Hard and Soft FM to communal areas, common plant, equipment and infrastructure, estate-wide services to all shared external areas together with Hard FM to the schools for the building envelope. Additionally, there is an optional Soft FM service to both schools. Hard FM Services e.g. Building fabric, heating and air conditioning, decorations, lifts and escalators, fire safety systems, plumbing and drainage. Soft FM Services e.g. cleaning, waste disposal and recycling, security, pest control, handyman services, grounds maintenance, concierge. Note that the contract is for five (5) years with an option of extension for up to a further two years.
