Dudley Council are seeking to procure a highly experienced specialist contractor to: Supply, Fit, Remove, Recycle, Store, Maintain and Service Hoists, Slings and Accessories. This is to include new and existing assets both fixed and portable units in the community and Community Equipment Service (CES). The Bidder is to Consider the Below: o Responsiveness o Local Supply Chain and Social Value o Customer Service o Aftercare of the Products o Warranty of Products o Accommodating / Flexible Approach to Service Delivery o Handover of the Equipment to the End User o Range of Equipment and Accessories o Versatility o Cost Effectiveness o Storage, Recycling and Proactive use of Reusable Components, their Green Approach o Removal of the Hoists - Monthly Summary o Stock for Immediate Maintenance of all Asset Range, their own Existing Products and Products Outside their Range The Contract start date is 1st October 2020 for a initial duration of 12 months, with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to contractors performance.
