All Women Offenders are identified as part of the group of women who form the GM Vulnerable and Marginalised Women cohort. Across Greater Manchester we will expect the Supplier to deliver a Dual Delivery Approach that both recognises the statutory requirements to deliver services for women who are subject to probation whilst at the same time supporting women who access the service in a voluntary capacity. A key ambition is for the Women's support service is to assist vulnerable and marginalised women to reduce their reoffending and help them to cope, recover and move forward positively in their lives.
