## Notice

The contract requirements will be to accurately record footfall data within specified areas through: The provision of mapping out the required geographical boundaries for the Walsall & Bloxwich Town Deal projects sites; The provision of producing historical footfall data for the sites to establish the baseline to measure funding impact; The provision of software to enable the recording of footfall data going forward; The provision of footfall data, monitoring reports and dashboards, including any additional data, such as footfall demographics in the Walsall & Bloxwich area, so that the increase in footfall can be quantified as a benefit where possible. Additionally, the Council require the ability to monitor and measure footfall across Walsall Borough including but not limited to the parks across the borough.
