## Notice

East Anglia RFCA are seeking to appoint a main contractor to undertake replacement of the roof at Maldon Cadet Centre, CM9 5EW. Planning permission has been granted to: * Remove felt covering to pitched roof, replace with insulated aluminium sheet roof covering (approx. 350m2). * Remove and replace felt roof covering to flat roof side extension (approx. 50m2). * Replace all Rainwater goods, soffits & fascias. The contractor will also be required to install approx. 50m2 of timber rafters to the main roof. A structural engineer's design will be supplied with the tender documents. All contract staff will need to be approved to Basic Personnel Security Standard level in accordance with MoD Requirements under JSP440. Qualification process for the RFCAs is managed on their behalf by Constructionline, using PAS91 and SSIP and membership of Constructionline to silver level is a pre-requisite of any contract award. The form of contract will be JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016
