Services required under this contract will be for the provision of: o Activity 1 - Mechanical & Electrical - Planned Preventative Maintenance service (M&E - PPM). o Activity 2 - Mechanical & Electrical - Reactive Maintenance service (M&P - RM). o Activity 3 - Building Fabric Maintenance - Reactive Maintenance service - (BFM - RM). o Activity 4 - Mechanical, Electrical & Building Fabric Capital Maintenance - Planned Replacement Works (MEBF - PRW).
