The Trust has an EROS reverse Osmosis system at Sterile Services. Our current agreement ends on the 31st January 2025. The Trust has the following equipment which requires to have 2 scheduled maintenance / inspection visits per contract per calendar year and water samples and tests to be undertaken to comply with the requirements of the following Health Technical Memorandums:- * HTM 01-01 Management and decontamination of surgical instruments (medical devices) used in acute care * HTM 01-06 Decontamination of flexible endoscopes Additional information: To express interest and participate in the tender, please register and apply via Atamis e-sourcing portal https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome.
