The Aquadrome was originally constructed over 40 years ago and comprises of a 25m swimming pool, learner pool, lagoon pool as well as steam & sauna facilities. The facility Is owned by Basingstoke and Deane leisure community Trust (an independent charity) and the Council. Property Address - West Ham Leisure Park, Worting Road, Basingstoke, RG22 6PG. Works are to be carried out as per the specification included in this tender document, and will cover the following pools: * Warm up /Leisure Pool * Competition Pool * Lagoon Pool
